These are the skills you need to bring
You are about to graduate or have a few years of work experience, with a master’s or bachelor´s degree in engineering, business, finance, or a similar field of study. You have excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. It is a bonus if you have international experience, worked alongside your studies and/or engaged in extracurricular activities.

You are curious, have strong integrity, and are a team player. You are a self-driven problem solver who can learn quickly and get acquainted with new situations. You enjoy working at a high pace and you constantly plan and prioritize your time to maximize your performance. We are looking for someone with good analytical and business skills. We also value a forward-leaning attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The recruitment process includes the following steps:

Initial conversation: A 45-minute Teams meeting to discuss the role and your experiences.

Case interview: A practical task to evaluate your problem-solving skills.

Leadership meeting: A deeper discussion with the business unit manager.
