We only hire people we truly believe in. That’s why we offer the trainees in our Graduate Program a permanent contract – from day one.
The EMEIA graduate program has been successfully operating for over 10-years, with an 18-month position that offers you a unique opportunity to hone your skills and gain practical experience in a work environment. It gives graduates the opportunity to spend three months overseas at another EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) location, or if the opportunity arises anywhere in the world, with the rest of the time being spent in your home country. There are on average 30 placements each year within EMEIA and the graduate programme starts each year in September.
Kick off – The program will be kicked-off with a face-to-face induction and meeting, where you will get to meet the other graduates attending the same program. Training sessions – Coordinated trainings will be held throughout the program, in e.g. project management and change management. The trainings will be selected based on e.g. the functions where you are hired. The training sessions can be both face to face and over Skype, depending on the topic and training duration. Follow up sessions – There will be regular follow up sessions throughout the program. Graduation – At the end of the program, there will be a graduation ceremony and then your exciting new career with us can begin!
