The Nordic Trainee Programme (NTP) is Bravida’s Nordic trainee programme. Every year, around thirty young talents get the opportunity to learn more about leadership, business acumen and Bravida’s way of working.
Within Bravida, there are great opportunities for those who want to learn more or develop in their career. One of them is our trainee programme, the Nordic Trainee Programme (NTP). As a participant in the trainee programme, you will get a good foundation for a career in Bravida.
During the programme, you will learn more about Bravida as a company and how we work according to the Bravida Way. In addition, you will meet other young talents and leading people in the company, giving you the chance to build your own network with us. For the right person, there are great development opportunities within Bravida after the programme.
We believe that the most important school for you as an employee is the daily work. Therefore, the trainee programme runs parallel to your regular job at Bravida. As a first step in the program, you make an individual development plan together with your manager, based on your practical professional role.
During the year, you will then participate in networking meetings with other participants from across the Nordic region. In four different modules, you learn more about the basics of business acumen, leadership, self-leadership and Bravida’s way of working, the Bravida Way.
Each trainee is also tasked with doing project work with the aim of developing some area within Bravida. Examples of previous topics are energy-smart solutions, efficient contracting projects or how we should develop our apprenticeship program.
The training programme concludes with an assessment, which involves you presenting the results of the project work you have conducted over the year.
Who can participate in the Nordic Trainee Programme?
The trainee programme is aimed at you who are at the beginning of your career.
To be qualified, you need to have worked at least a couple of months in the company before the start of this year’s course and have been notified by your manager.
It is important that you thrive in a business-driven culture and that you recognize yourself in our values: Take care of the business, Keep it simple, Take responsibility and Be proactive.
Most applicants to the programme are either recent graduates or have a couple of years of experience.
How do I apply for the Nordic Trainee Programme?
To become a trainee, you need to have an employment within Bravida. It is often already mentioned in the job advertisement that the position may qualify you for the trainee programme.
Recruitment for 2025 takes place from January-September 2024. Course start in 2025 takes place in March.
