Across the region, we have the internship and management trainee program which provides young talents the opportunity to develop their careers from an early stage. Choosing to go for an internship or graduate program at Danone is deciding to join a great adventure!

THE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The management trainee program is a highly competitive program offered to selected top talents. Management trainees are given the opportunity to rotate to different departments to learn and contribute to the business. They are provided with tailored training opportunities as well as guidance from their coach and mentor throughout the program.

Expectations are high for these trainees as they tackle a steep learning curve but if you are willing to learn and take initiative for self-improvement, Danone offers an excellent foundation to meet these expectations.
