We call it Edge, for the simple reason that it’s cutting-edge. It will give you the edge you need to become an international, well-rounded Deals professional with a great network. The programme will no doubt be a challenge, and will stretch your capabilities, but it will also be a rewarding journey to equip you for the next stage in your career. Have we captured your imagination? Would you like to learn more?
The Edge programme has been developed to support the best and brightest graduates at the start of their careers. The idea is to boost their development from their first days at our Deals practice, which is comprised of a three-year journey that officially begins with an International Deals Foundation event in Madrid in September 2018. Here, you’ll meet another 150 graduates and PwC Deals leaders from across EMEA, and at the same time you’ll get a taste of the work that you’ll be doing in the Deals business. After that, you’ll commence in your allocated Deals business area at your local PwC firm. There, you will rotate between four competence groups within two years, doing different kinds project work with a variety of local and international clients and teams.
