Ramirent offers you a possibility to a fast career track that aims to speed up young potentials development, preparing you for a future career in an international environment. The program is a cross functional cooperation to let you exchange experience and learnings that will provide you with a network and a large knowledge about Ramirent.

During the Trainee Program you will gain knowledge from all parts of our business. From a thoroughly done introduction to our com­pany and set-up, through real life work in different positions and taking part in actual development project and meeting the customer you will gain skills and experience to undertake large responsibility after the program.

• International experience in equipment rental business in Great Place to Work certified company
• possibility to try out several roles in the operations and gain rich understanding of Ramirent culture, challenges, business logic and processes.
• Large network with many contact within the Ramirent
• Country specific focus area throughout trainee period
• Enthustiastic and available mentor with enough time to follow up On the job training and an individual development plan with mentor
• Visiting at least one Ramirent entity in abroad (duration and purpose should be specified) decided by country
• Fixed monthly salary during trainee period
• Possibility to be employed permanently after trainee period

We look for

• University degree (at least bachelor`s degree) in the relevant field
• We expect you to be graduated when work begins
• Some previous work experience is useful or participation in some international projects Is plus
• Interested in equipment rental business as well as sales or technical areas
• A positive and open-minded attitude with growth mindset
• Highly motivated, committed to learning and continues development.
• Proactive in analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
• To quickly be able to adobt our values and ways of working to use the opportunity to impact the future of Ramirent
• Analytical thinking and understanding business
• Fluent in English, as well as your local language
