SKF Global Graduate Programme Set up​

Introduction month and programme gatherings – The Global Graduate Programme starts in September each year, with a bang at the SKF Headquarters in Gothenberg. The Introduction month and the programme gatherings are spent together with all the SKF Global Graduates. During these weeks you will get to know more of SKF and meet our Group Management team. It will provide inspirational lectures, workshops and several training opportunities within areas such as leadership, project management and business insights. And of course – we will also have lots of fun!

Rotations – Through international and cross functional rotations, working in real projects, you will get to know our company and colleagues worldwide. Each of the three rotations are five months each and will be individually designed based on your interests and goals and our business needs.

After the programme – As a Global Graduate, you are permanently employed from start. After the 18 month in the Global Graduate Programme we celebrate with a Graduation ceremony, before the Global Graduates takes on their next exciting role in the SKF business.

First, please visit the our SKF Career page at SKF.com and choose your country of interest. Please note that the countries participating in the SKF Global Graduate Programme may vary from year to year.

The application period opens in November/December and ends in January each year, meaning you will only find the Job Postings published during this time of the year. Please note that all applications must be submitted through our website and we cannot accept applications sent to us by e-mail.

• Create a profile and fill in your name and contacts (the fields marked with a star) as well as the questions related to your educational background, work experience, language etc.
• Upload your application (word or pdf format) and submit your application

The Recruitment Process

• Selected candidates will receive assessment links (MAP and Matrigma) and will receive feedback on these assessments immediately after completion
• Proceeded candidates will be contacted for phone interviews
• The final candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day at SKF offices
