Are you a newly graduate within Technology and would like to be part of a Graduate rotation program within an international technology organisation? Do you want to have an impact keeping people safe – delivering products and solutions providing peace of mind to millions of customers every day? Then Verisure ’s international Tech Graduate Program might be interesting to you.
Verisure is expanding rapidly and as we accelerate our growth, we are looking for graduates just like you to build our talented and passionate Group Tech Team. We’ll help you gain the experience you need to not only develop your career but thrive. For the International Tech Graduate Program, you will work in the Malmö Office, but as part of the program you will be working one month from our Geneva or Madrid office as an international rotation.

The Verisure Technology Centre in Malmö and Linköping is Sweden’s award-winning innovation center for the connected & protected smart-home market. We work with many aspects in Technology, both hardware and software, and in April 2021 Verisure won the Red Dot Design Awards and among the winning entries are the Verisure Alarm suite, featuring some of the newest products, as well as two further Verisure innovations which will be unveiled later this year. Beside the Red Dot Design Awards we have also just recently been ranked as the most innovative security company on the Swedish market and placed in the top five most innovative companies overall in Sweden. We have exciting time ahead of us and we invite you to be part of this!

We work with modern ways of working, scaled agile setup and with extensive user/business interaction to test and innovate new products and systems.
§ We are one of the few large tech organisations that work with full stack technology from hardware, embedded software, significant business applications, advanced data analytics, high scale backend, to front end apps and digital customer journeys.
§ We work with some of the largest technology providers and partners in the world!
As an example of some of our areas:
• R&D and product, in which we have a wide range of technical challenges, from industrial design (plastics and PCB boards) to firmware (C#) or radio frequency (RF) communication protocols.
• IT, in which we develop the Mobile APPs (Ionic, Angular…) for the Sales & Field teams and the front business applications for monitoring station (Java, Springboot, Appian…). For the backend business services (Java, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes…), we provide the framework over which every internal system is build.

Expected skills:
• MSc in Computer Science, Engineering in Technology related fields or equivalent
• Good analytical skills
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
• Previous international exposure
• 1 year of work experience or other internships are meriting
