The Strömholm and Åkesson scholarships (BSc)

Fredrik Strömholm wants to contribute to the education of strong students with a diverse and underrepresented background. Therefore, he is supporting three Swedish Bachelor students with a scholarship of SEK 7 500 per month for three years. The purpose is to cover living expenses for three years conditional upon satisfactory performance as determined by SSE.The scholarship recipients will begin their studies in the Autumn of 2024 and will graduate in 2027. 

The scholarship candidates shall be considered by SSE to have the potential to perform well in their respective educational programs. To qualify for the scholarship, which will be awarded on a competitive basis and is subject to successful admission to SSE, the students must meet at least one of the following requirements:1. Have parents/guardians without an academic degree2. Have at least one parent/guardian born outside of Sweden3. Have grown up in an area of Sweden outside of the Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö metropolitan areas4. Come from an underprivileged socio-economic background

Application

Students admitted to one of SSE's BSc programs can apply from September 13th to September 20th through this form. The reviewing of candidates and the final selection will be done in the beginning of October
