A Global Trainee Program for Operational Excellence

Our Pharmaceuticals and Devices Division covers a truly global-acting value chain including Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, Innovation & Development, Packaging and Processes, Technology Engineering, Quality Management, Operations and Logistics. As a Trainee in Global Operations, you will have the chance to contribute to relevant operations projects as well as get insights in local and global production strategies and complex decision-making processes.

A Global Trainee Program offering Global Market Presence

Our worldwide market presence is based on a global network of about 65 sales and marketing organizations with highly professional experts. Passion for success as well as our commitment to high-quality products and customer satisfaction are the key components to master the challenges of a global marketplace. As a bGlobal Marketing & Sales Trainee you will have an insight into complex decision-making processes on a local and global level. You will gain experience in achieving the specified operational targets as well as taking responsibility for running marketing campaigns and product management responsibilities.
